You've probably noticed by now that chair dancing, and various other forms of sexy excercise are sweeping the nation, and rapidly gaining popularity. That's because not only are these forms of excercise incredibly effective, they are based on natural movements of the female physique! Why do you think we were blessed with these killer curves!?

Come shake, shimmy, and twirl! We'll have you twisting, and dipping, flirting, and hair flipping in a matter of minutes!

The first part of class will be devoted to breaking down the moves, and working the routine slowly to get the optimal workout, and of course working up to memorization.

The last part of the class will be all about cranking up the tunes, and rocking out the moves with your own unique style, and flair!

Students are encouraged to wear whatever makes them feel comfortable... or maybe even something SEXY!
